MDS Stainless specializes in processing of stainless pipe solutions for the food and wind turbine industry.
Our focus is production of stainless steel welded pipe and hose assemblies, bending of pipe and, endforming of pipes and assembly of stainless steel hoses. We run both prototyping and serial production from our production sites in Denmark and Poland. Being ISO9001, ISO3834 and APQP4WIND certified, we offer full product support, from initial guidance, review of concept, prototyping to full production.

Automatic welding
We offer automatic tig welding with workpiece weight up to 250kg, and lengths up to 3000mm.
CNC Machining
We offer automatic tig welding with workpiece weight up to 250kg, and lengths up to 3000mm.
End forming
We offer end forming in stainless steel max wall thickness 4mm, and with end depth of 300mm.
Pipe bending
We perform pipe bending in stainless steel, from Ø10-Ø90mm and up to 6000mm pipe lengths with many different radii.
